Great location, just a stone's throw from the ski lift. 🏂 Stayed in the budget double room which was top-notch and looked brand-new. the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help.

Good sized and well furnished units with Mountain view, the balcony, for example, and the staff were affable! The location was incredible - really close to the airport, the tram stop and the ski slopes.

The hotel is in a stunning and beautiful location very close to many awesome hikes. It is also conveniently located near the bus stop and tram stop. Just a 10-15 minute walk from L'ostellino, serving fast food.

Breakfast was very rich. The location is a dream.

This place is great for a ski trip - it's cozy and has a modern vibe. We really liked the restaurant here with its tasty French dishes. 🎿.

All employees had gone to a lot of trouble. The room was nice with a good layout. Downstairs the pull-out bed and upstairs the double bed for the parents.

The swimming pool area does not look inviting. The tiles do not look clean, maybe they are discoloured unfavourably. Large mildew stains in the corner areas. (This is not possible at all) Many mosaic tiles already broken out. The walls are peeling off.

The breakfast spread was delicious and extensive, with a lot of appetising options. There were a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and a dining area in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. Stunning location just next door to the nature, a hill, and the nearest ski lift, I felt safe.

Ideal location right by a ski hill and Telfer Wiesen nature reserve for all you nature lovers 🏔. the staff is super-friendly and the breakfast is absolutely delicious.

The location was fantastic when considering the view and connections to Innsbruck (a beautiful hour-long tram ride). The location isn't great for skiing when compared to other places in the valley but it can still form part of the holiday. The condition of the hotel is also excellent with good balconies and a modern spa, but the real strength is in the incredible customer service which was perfect throughout.

TV reception was poor but that shouldn't be part of a holiday in this hotel anyway, and this is compensated for by the DVD's which can be borrowed from the hotel (there is a DVD player in each room).

The hotel has earned its four stars. It is situated in a fantastic location, the staff was very nice, the rooms were cleaned every day, the breakfast was more than rich and the 4 course menu was a dream.

The hotel was very close to Stubaier Gletscher. It was conveniently located near a bus stop and tram stop. the proximity to Market Cafe Vdara was a bonus, great for grabbing pastries on a rainy day.

After skiing on the mountain it was nice to retreat to the pool, steam rooms and water bed which were really top class. The rooms were above standard for ski holiday and I found the rooms to be airy and relaxing

Customer service; I have never needed to write a review that contained anything negative in a hotel review but with a group of 12 persons we all agreed that this hotel does not like to cater for big groups and could certainly use a lesson in customer management as it was attrotious, (1 of 6 examples) we booked dinner for 10 people and on arrival we were told that the chef did not want groups in his dinning room and wanted us to break into mini groups 2's and 4's!
